If your here then you are probably contemplating making a major automotive repair or just replacing your current or past auto service provider.  Either way, thank you for visiting our site.

A little information about service estimates.  Not all auto repair facilities give auto repair estimates over the phone.  Not that they have anything to hide, the reason is because without a thorough inspection or diagnosis an estimate is just an educated guess for any given repair.  If your calling around for estimates without an inspection performed in can be very confusing.  One may call several different shops only to have different repair prices quoted.  The reason is because your vehicles current symptoms may have multiple different causes.   For example:  Just because your transmission won't shift doesn't mean it's bad.  It could just be in what is known as "limp mode" caused from an engine or transmission external sensor.  So your estimates could very from 300 to 3000 dollars.

Today's vehicles are so complicated it is virtually impossible to diagnose over the phone.  Before deciding which auto repair facility to visit start by checking with your local better business bureau and attorney generals office for open complaints.  Next check with neighbors and friends for references.  Ultimately the final decision should be who you feel comfortable with.  Remember the cheapest price is not always the lowest in the long run.  If price is your major concern always get your automotive estimate in writing.  If the auto repair shop with the cheapest price won't provided you with a written estimate before tear down, that should throw off a red flag.

We take pride in our service and have been recognized by the NAACF (national association against consumer fraud) as seen on abc11 troubleshooters  website.   Thank You and Happy Motoring
